UpGuard is seeking a Director of Global Solutions Engineering to lead the technical engine behind our revenue organization. You will manage Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants globally, driving the technical win in pre‑sales and serving as the escalation path post‑sales.
You will work with the CRO and revenue leadership to forecast, plan capacity, and shape go‑to‑market strategy, while remaining hands‑on when needed and elevating security and RFP processes.
