You'll be the first point of contact for customers navigating their salary packaging and novated leasing options - helping them understand their choices and feel confident in their decisions. You'll also be working within a structured, metrics-driven setting (AHT, wrap time, hold time), and the best people in this team know how to hit their numbers without ever making the customer feel like one.
The Role
Handle customer enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
Set up current salary packaging accounts
Process amendments to existing arrangements
Meet with members face-to-face when required
Balance robust KPI performance with genuine customer care
About You
Full, permanent Australian working rights required
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, metrics-driven environment
Contact Centre experience is essential
Salary packaging experience an advantage, not essential
Strong written and verbal communicator
Looking to build a long-term career, not a short-term stepping stone
