Lead and support a busy branch with a focus on service, safety, profitability and team success
Apply your L&H; experience, product knowledge and customer relationships to grow local prospects

What you would do in this role
Develop and implement a branch business plan to drive sales, margin and sustainable growth
Manage branch operations, including inventory, service standards, safety, compliance and P&L; accountability




Grow the customer base through proactive trade sales, account management and excellent counter service
Lead, coach and motivate branch staff to create a strong, supportive and performance-focused culture
Partner with suppliers to ensure customers have access to the right products, advice and solutions
