An urgent prospect exists for a Fixed-Term Creditors Clerk to join our Finance team as soon as possible for a 4-month fixed-term maternity contract whilst one of our employees are on maternity leave. As the Creditors Clerk you will be responsible for the accurate processing and reconciliation of all documents for payment within the Group.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Finance qualification
2 - 5 years’ experience within a similar position
Have a solid and basic understanding of Accounts Payable
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Previous ERP System experience for e.g. SAP/PASTEL/ACUMATICA
Fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans
Time management skills
The ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheets and word-processing programs at a proficient level.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strict attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high paced workplace.
