You will manage a portfolio of approximately 140 properties with assistant support, allowing you to focus on building robust relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering a high level of service.

The Opportunity This is a Monday-to-Friday position with no weekend work, offering a package of up to $105,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties
Work closely with dedicated Property Management support
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
Monitor and manage arrears
Oversee routine inspections




Manage tenancy matters and compliance
Ensure a high level of service across the portfolio
