About the job Administration Traineeship - Customer Service, Records & Governance
Ability Advocates Australia is partnering with Inner West Council to recruit Administration Trainees within Customer Service, Records or Governance teams as part of the Inclusive Traineeship Program 2026.
This is a paid traineeship for people with disability who would like to build confidence in communication focused office roles, with structured support.

Formal training
Supported onboarding
Ongoing skilled support
About This Role – Customer & Governance Services
These roles involve interaction with customers or internal stakeholders, supported by:
Clear scripts and procedures
Team supervision
The setting may be busy at times but is well structured.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the team, you may:
Respond to enquiries (phone, email or in person)
Manage documents and records
Track requests and correspondence
Update systems accurately
Escalate complex matters appropriately
This Role May Suit You If You:
Like helping people or problem solving
Want to build communication confidence
Are comfortable learning scripted responses
Prefer having explicit guidance and support
