About the role

Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll take care of:
General building and in-home repairs (painting, patching, minor fixes)
Grounds maintenance (cleaning, gutters, waste)
Routine hazard checks & preventative maintenance
Responding to resident requests with professionalism
Coordinating contractors and trades when needed

About you

You’ll be proactive,



reliable and approachable, with:
3+ years’ experience in property/building maintenance
Skills across general trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, minor electrical, concreting)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to secure work practices
Current driver’s licence & willingness to obtain a Police Clearance
Availability to work 24 hours per week across 4 days
