The Opportunity
We are looking for an individual who is eager for a robust platform to boost their financial planning career. This Adviser will be passionate about regional clients and their unique needs, and have a genuine interest in relationship-building and excellent client service.
The Role
Understanding clients’ immediate needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
Provide quality and trusted financial advice
Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
Manage client relationships and assist to promote and drive new business
Network with industry peers and established referral sources and attend / leverage seminars, sponsorships and other promotional activity
About You
Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Financial Planning setting
Completion of their PY, and client-ready
Experience working with retirement clients an advantage
Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an prospect for the long term
FASEA approved qualifications
Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client’s best interest
Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach
