Senior Business Analyst - Technology & Innovation Projects – RSM Australia

Location: Sydney (preferred; Perth and other locations considered).

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to partner with senior leaders and drive RSM's technology strategy forward. This high-impact role focuses on project work, including building and running automation solutions, leading AI and automation projects, and playing a key role in AI Bootcamps—an initiative that has earned RSM an AFR award.

What You’ll Do
Engage with senior stakeholders to identify business improvements and technology opportunities
Translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, driving adoption and value
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
Collaborate with program managers to implement innovative solutions

What We're Looking For
Skilled services experience is essential
Minimum 3‑5 years' experience in a similar role
Solid knowledge of IT systems and business process improvement
Excellent communication, analytical,



and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and lead projects
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Technology
Experience with Change Management and project methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma)
