This role is a 9.30am start Monday to Friday ongoing.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented warehouse person with a LR licence to join our growing team at Vivad in Campbellfield, Victoria. In this full time role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely dispatch of our products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and processing customer orders for dispatch, including order picking, packing, and labelling
Coordinating with the logistics team to schedule and arrange the secure and timely delivery of goods
Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting on stock levels
Ensuring all dispatch documentation, including invoices and shipping manifests, are accurate and complete
Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any dispatch-related issues
Assisting with other warehouse and logistics tasks as required

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar despatch or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or warehousing industry




Must have a LR licence
Robust organizational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software
Ability to work well in a team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers
A keen eye for problem-solving and a proactive approach to your work
