Monash Health is seeking a Grade 2 Podiatrist to join the Aged & Community Care Program on an ongoing part time basis (0.6 EFT). The role will be based at Cranbourne and Pakenham, with possible work at other community sites to provide clinical care to clients.

You will deliver evidence-based assessment, care planning, intervention and discharge support for community clients, including high-risk foot care and wound management, within a cooperative multidisciplinary team.
