Rick's Garage in Palmwoods, Queensland, is seeking a Venue Manager to run the lot. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and lead our FOH Manager, Bar Manager and Bakehouse Supervisor to ensure the Diner floor, Garden Bar, Whiskey Bar and Bakehouse feel like one business.
This role emphasizes building leaders, managing labour, signing rosters, and growing trade through events and live music. You’ll be visible during peak trade, make on‑the‑spot calls, and uphold RSA, WHS and food safety
