What you’ll be doing
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team
Focusing on driving Drive-Thru operation excellence at scale.
Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns
Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety
Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed
What we’re looking for
Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager with a focus on Drive-Thru restaurants
Strong leadership and people management skills
A passion for excellent customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Availability for day shifts with flexible rosters - no late nights or early mornings
