We currently have an opportunity for a Concrete Plant Operator to join our Toowoomba team.

This is a permanent full time position, working Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Represent the Hy-Tec brand and provide excellent customer service whilst taking orders and finalising sales
Schedule rostering and truck movements for the region
Batch concrete to specific mix designs
Complete daily audits
Management of raw material stock levels
Perform general plant maintenance
General laboring & yard duties
What you will need to succeed
Ability to prioritise work effectively in an setting of constant change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a small team and provide positive customer service
Be organized, with an ability to self-manage work and show a can-do attitude in a busy environment
Demonstrate a commitment to safety
Confident when working with computers
