A casual cook position at St Vincent’s Fitzroy in Melbourne is available. You will prepare and produce meals according to production reports and recipes, handling bulk cook-chill production while meeting food safety standards.

You will observe food handling policies, monitor waste and stock rotation, ensure the production schedule is ready for plating staff, and label and store all food as scheduled. The role requires a Certificate in Commercial Cookery, a current Food Handlers Certificate,
