We currently have exciting opportunities available for an Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Martyville farm.
Mainstream is seeking an enthusiastic, cutting-edge and confident Administration Assistant to work collaboratively with the Systems Manager and Operations team.
Position:
Entry level Administration Assistant. This is a full-time position offering flexible schedule and is suitable for someone who is dedicated, has a robust attention to detail and has the capacity to be dynamic to take on many varied tasks.
Selection Criteria:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong work ethics and commitment to the role.
Competency in using standard computer programs (Window based eg. Excel, Word) with the capacity to learn additional programs should the need arise.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Current C class licence and reliable transport.
Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Reception duties including answering the phone and greeting visitors.
Helping maintain records and registers.
Organising freight services.
Handling and distributing mail.
Completing purchase orders and ordering supplies.
General upkeep of office area.
Other administrative duties as required.
