The Role

Do you have a passion for sales & hitting goals ? You’ll love working here! We are currently seeking a self motivated and sales focused professional to be a key member of our talented team as a Travel Concierge in a phone based revenue collecting role that has a strong focus on sales, along with customer service.

Key Responsibilities




Build robust relationships with booked travellers
Providing quotes to customers departing on overseas trips
Collecting payments for all travel services
Upselling and cross-selling insurance, tours, accommodation and more
Meet revenue and outbound call targets
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the pre-departure process

Who We’re Looking For:
Motivated by hitting targets and delivering results
Confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building rapport
Proven sales experience (phone-based sales strongly preferred)
Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
Detail-oriented with robust organisational skills
Positive , proactive, and a genuine passion for travel
