Opal HealthCare is seeking a Regional Relief Chef to support multiple care communities with exceptional dining experiences. This role involves stepping into Head Chef or Sous Chef duties and leading kitchen teams during periods of leave, ensuring continuity and high standards across regions.

You will travel regionally, manage menus, budgets, and procurement while upholding food safety and WHS policies. A Food Safety Supervisor Certification plus 5 years as Head Chef are required.
