Glencore Mount Isa Mines seeks a hands-on Supervisor for the Smelter Operations in the Lead Smelter's Sinter Plant. You will lead a crew of about nine operators, plan shifts, and drive secure, reliable production while meeting production targets.

3–5 years supervisory experience in mining or heavy industry is preferred; robust mechanical aptitude and safety commitment are essential. Residential Mount Isa rosters apply.
