Expect to provide:

Proven work history and long-term experience as a sous chef/grill chef (or chef de partie, respectively)

/n
An understanding of food cost/labour cost and meeting KPIs

/n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

/n
Work history relating to the duration and completion of your apprenticeship

/n/n
