The MAMS Group is currently seeking a multi-skilled, enthusiastic, and physically fit truck driver to join our Townsville team for an immediate start.

/n

This position is based at our Fairfield Waters Depot in Townsville primarily operating a 10 Pallet Curtainsider truck 6 days per week, as well as operating hook trucks on an as required basis. The role involves local work as well as day trips to Ayr, Charters Towers and Ingham.

/n

Current casual hours are between 30 to 40 per week increasing to 40 to 45 hours per week later in the year, with the potential of a full time role for the right operator.

/n

About the Candidate

/n
HR or HC Truck Licence and proven experience as a heavy vehicle truck driver

/n




Ability to work independently and represent MAMS Group with professionalism, honesty, and integrity

/n
Solid commitment to safety and compliance with NHVR regulations and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements

/n
Able to carry out manual handling tasks (loading and unloading 1100lts bins via tail lifter and tarping skips)

/n
High level of communication - both written and verbal

/n

Successful applicants will also need to undertake a full medical examination and police check.
