Royal North Shore Hospital's Paediatric and Burns Units at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) are seeking a agile, highly efficient, and organised administrative assistant to provide support to the Managers of the Units.

/n

The Paediatric Unit is located on Level 6 and the Burns Unit is located on level 7 of the Clinical Services Building of Royal North Shore Hospital. You will be working between both areas.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or has equivalent work experience.

/n
Self-motivated with ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

/n
Capacity to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a dynamic team, in a high volume, demanding work workplace.

/n
Excellent team skills and able to work effectively in a busy multi-skilled team environment.

/n
Computer literacy with advanced knowledge and practical skills with computer and internet-based software, with high level of accuracy in word processing, data entry, and minute taking skills

/n
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
