Part time All-Rounder (FOH / Barista)

We're looking for a reliable and motivated part-time all-rounder to join our team at Aokuma. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in their work, and delivers consistently high customer service.

About the role

/n

You'll be working across front of house, with barista duties as required. This is a hands‐on role that requires strong customer service and multitasking skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Key responsibilities

Delivering friendly, skilled customer service

/n
Operating POS system for taking orders and handling payments

/n
Making coffee and specialty matcha drinks, assisting with preps

/n
Running food and drinks and supporting service flow

/n
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of FOH areas

/n




Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

/n/n

What we're looking for

Previous FOH experience in a café or hospitality setting (essential)

/n
Barista experience highly regarded

/n
High attention to detail and consistency

/n
Strong communication and customer service skills

/n
Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods

/n
Resilient, fast learner, and adaptable

/n
Adaptable availability across weekdays and weekends

/n
Reliable, punctual, and a robust team player
