Hammond Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical Care & Practice Team in Tuggerah on a fixed-term 12-month contract (0.8 FTE). You will work with older adults at home, performing assessments, setting goals, delivering treatment, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

You'll have AHPRA registration, a passion for person-centred care, and the ability to travel between client homes across the Central Coast region with travel costs reimbursed.
