About the role

We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Automotive Sales Managers who are either located in the greater Ballarat area, or willing to relocate for the right chance.

The person we seek

The selected applicant will need a proven Sales Management background in Commercial Vehicles. Exposure to truck sales is preferred, but applicants with proven success in high value sales to the road transport or related sectors will also be considered.

Required attributes, skills and experience
Leadership - inspire, mentor and develop a small team of people
Business management - ensure agreed targets are achieved or exceeded
Marketing and sales - develop strategic plans to ensure customer retention and business growth
Process driven - implement proven processes and ensure they are understood and followed




Communications - deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
People and culture - promote a healthy and respectful workplace; manage WHS
