/n Salary: $110,000 – $128,000 + Super

Yellow Bridge is a values-driven, award-winning NDIS provider supporting 600+ participants across ACT, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. We specialise in psychosocial disability, complex support needs and system navigation — working collaboratively across Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Social Work under one integrated model.

We're seeking an Occupational Therapist who understands complexity, writes robust reports, and knows how to translate functional impact into transparent, NDIS-aligned recommendations.

/n

The Role

/n

Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)

/n

Complete high-quality NDIS progress and plan review reports

/n

Deliver Capacity Building supports focused on daily living skills, executive functioning, emotional regulation and community participation

/n

Recommend Assistive Technology where appropriate

/n

Provide strengths-based, functional interventions tailored to psychosocial presentations





/n

Collaborate closely with Support Coordinators, Social Workers and Recovery Coaches

/n

Work with the flexibility of a hybrid model — community-based assessments paired with report writing from home

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

/n

Solid understanding of NDIS guidelines and reasonable and necessary criteria

/n

Experience in psychosocial disability highly regarded

/n

Current driver's licence and NDIS screening checks

/n
