Frontline HR is currently seeking reliable Labourers to join a well-established manufacturing and warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable and takes pride in working safely and as part of a team.

About the Role

Your duties will include:
Assisting with the manufacture of steel shutters, including slat application and fitting end clips
Packaging finished products ready for installation or supply
Loading and unloading trucks safely
Ensuring goods are correctly secured for transport
Assisting with general warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
Handling products carefully to prevent damage
Following all WHS policies and procedures
Working collaboratively with the wider team
Performing other reasonable duties as required





The role requires a robust focus on customer service, quality, productivity and safety.

About You

We're looking for candidates who have:
Previous labouring, warehouse or manufacturing experience highly regarded
A current Driver's Licence
Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling
Robust attention to detail
Good time management and organisational skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
A commitment to workplace health and safety
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
