Prospero Teaching is currently supporting a well-established secondary school in inner-city Sydney in their search for a skilled TAS (Technological and Applied Studies) teacher to join their team ASAP .

This partially selective school caters to students from Years 7 to 12 and has a strong commitment to academic and vocational excellence. The school serves a diverse and engaged student body, with a well-resourced and collaborative teaching environment.

The successful applicant will be joining a TAS department of five teachers , delivering innovative and practical learning experiences across multiple stages. This role will focus on Software Engineering (Stage 6), Computing Technology (Stage 5), and Digital Technology (Stage 4) .

While the school is ideally seeking a full-time teacher , it is open to part-time arrangements for candidates able to deliver Stage 6 Software Engineering .

CONTRACT INFORMATION
Location: Inner Sydney, NSW
Workload: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
Contract Type: Fixed term to end of school year, with possible extension
Salary: In line with NSW teaching award + superannuation

TO BE ELIGIBLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold a recognised secondary teaching qualification (e.g. B.Ed or M.Teach)
Be registered with NESA
Hold a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Have full working rights in Australia
Provide two professional, child-related references
