We're looking for a friendly, switched-on Customer Service Officer to join our Cairns team on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract.
/n
This is an early morning role working Monday to Friday, with start times generally between 3:00am and 4:00am depending on the day. It would suit someone who loves getting an early start, enjoys talking to customers and can keep things moving in a busy, fast-paced setting.

What You'll Be Doing
/n
Taking and processing customer orders accurately
/n
Answering customer calls, emails and enquiries
/n
Providing friendly and reliable support to our customers
/n
Making adjustments to orders and helping resolve any issues that arise
/n
Liaising with warehouse, sales and operations teams to ensure orders run smoothly
/n
Completing accurate data entry and maintaining customer information
/n
Supporting general customer service and administration tasks as required
/n
Pitching in and helping the team during busy periods
/n
What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Someone who can stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using computers, email and office systems
