We are seeking a bright and friendly medical receptionist to join our practice team in a Full time capacity.

Responsibilities of this role include:

Answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments
/n
Collection and accurate data entry of patient details
/n
Assisting patients with enquiries
/n
Scanning medical documents
/n/n
To be ideal for this role, you must have the following attributes:

/n
Bright and friendly personality
/n
Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist role
/n
High level of computer literacy
/n
Previous experience with Best Practice Software or similar is advantageous
/n
Self-motivated and an ability to work unsupervised
/n
Reliable with strong work ethic
