The Tame Fox is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our agile team in Erina, NSW, 2250. As a full time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional food to our customers in a vibrant and rapid-paced environment.
The position is a full time role. We are offering the suitable candidate a base salary of $75000-83000 plus superannuation for full-time position with at least 38 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

/n
Executing the menu to the highest quality standards
/n
Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating creative, flavourful dishes
/n
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
/n
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery
/n
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
/n
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies
/n
Contributing to the development of new menu items and specials
/n/n
What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year of full-time or equivalent experience as a Chef in similar restaurants or cafe
/n
Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management
/n
Solid knowledge of variety of modern Australian cuisine and cooking techniques
/n
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
/n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace
/n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
/n
Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
/n
Food safety and hygiene certification
