Job Description

Infinite Care is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across its care homes in NSW. The role focuses on direct supervision of operational excellence, partnering with Heads of Department, and guiding daily function in alignment with the General Manager's expectations.

Weekend shifts are required, and the ideal candidate has an operations or hospitality leadership background. You will mentor teams, oversee rostering, and drive resident-focused service and safety standards.
