Delivery Manager | ICT Programs

Lead and coordinate ICT delivery across a complex Australian Government workplace, managing programs, operational activities, multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder outcomes across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.

Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, possible 2 x 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
Closing Date: 10.00am, Monday 24th August 2026

Essential Tasks
Coordinate ICT operational delivery, planning, prioritisation and resource activities.
Manage end-to-end ICT programs across scope, schedule, budget, quality and delivery outcomes.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, vendors and competing delivery priorities.
Support governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Criteria
3–5 years' experience delivering and managing ICT functions and programs in government or large enterprise environments.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams using Agile,



Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, including coaching and inspiring technical and non-technical teams.
