Are you an experienced Payroll Officer looking for your next chance? We are seeking a hands‐on payroll professional for 2–3 months to take ownership of the end‐to‐end payroll function for a busy and well‐established organisation based in Glen Waverley.

This is a fully on‐site role where you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
/n

Process high volume end‐to‐end payroll for both weekly and monthly payroll cycles
/n
Maintain employee records and payroll data integrity
/n
Manage payroll calculations including superannuation, leave accruals, overtime, allowances, and deductions
/n
Interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and payroll legislation
/n
Handle payroll queries from employees and management
/n
Process new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
/n
Ensure compliance with payroll tax, STP, superannuation,
and relevant legislation
/n
Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month‐end requirements
