The exciting opportunity
Full time role working Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
Joint oversight of the lifestyle program at our 64-bed Montana aged care home in Mosman
Plan and deliver activity programs that cater to residents’ needs and preferences
Accompany residents on outings enabling them to take part in social events
Support residents with mobility, nutrition and hydration management, and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing
Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff
Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care

About you
Experience as a Lifestyle Officer in residential aged care and passionate about provide engaging and interesting activities for the elderly
Engaging, enthusiastic, compassionate, excellent communication skills, and able to build robust rapport with residents
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded
Unlimited working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship will not be offered)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and flu vaccination, or willingness to obtain
