About The Company

Our client is a leading supplier and installer of premium glass and aluminium windows and doors across the Perth metro area. With job demand steadily growing, they are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their Sales team.

About The Chance

The primary purpose of this role is to meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and provide tailored window and door replacement quotes.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-home consultations and accurately measuring windows and doors for manufacturing
Attending pre-booked appointments with residential customers across the Perth metropolitan area
Recommending suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and preferences
Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the company's ongoing success
Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM and email system




Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Preparing and presenting quotations in a timely manner

About You

The successful candidate will have:
Previous sales background, ideally within building, construction, home improvement, or a similar industry
Strong, confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport fast
A professional, customer-focused approach and confidence in closing sales
The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems (preferred)
Self-motivation with excellent time management skills
A current C Class Driver's Licence
