Lyka Wellness Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Team Leader for the Afternoon Shift to own the floor, manage the team of Operators, rosters, and KPIs, and ensure secure, efficient packaging of Lyka's pet meals.
You'll work closely with Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain, drive continuous improvement, implement 5S, HACCP/GMP practices, and lead root-cause analysis when issues arise, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager.
