Monday-Friday:8:00am-8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday:9:00am-4:00pm
We're looking for availability across:
Weekdays:8:00am-4:00pmor3:30pm-8:00pm
Weekends:9:00am-4:00pm
Weekend availability is important for this role.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be one of the friendly faces of Ample Medical Centre, helping keep our patients, doctors and clinic running smoothly.
Your day will include:
Welcoming patients and managing reception
Answering phones and managing appointments
UsingBest Practice and HotDoc
Medicare and bulk billing
Patient registrations, recalls and reminders
Scanning and managing patient correspondence
Supporting our doctors, nurses and fellow reception team
Helping wherever neededbecause that's what great teams do
Who Are We Looking For?
Someone who isfriendly, reliable, organised and confident, with great communication skills and a genuine interest in patient care.
PreviousMedical Reception experienceis highly regarded, and experience withBest Practice and HotDocwould be a big bonus.
But attitude matters just as much.
We want someone who:
Shows up.
Helps out.
Has a laugh.
Treats people well.
And leaves the ego at the door.
