About the Role:
As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality design solutions across multiple channels.
From product packaging and point-of-sale materials to social media campaigns and retailer assets, you will ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on role that combines creativity with technical expertise, requiring someone who can confidently manage projects from concept through to finished artwork and production.
What You Will Be Doing:
Designing creative assets across packaging, advertising, digital, social media, trade and e-commerce channels
Developing campaign visuals that create a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints
Producing retailer-ready imagery and promotional assets for major retailers including Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and Amazon
Creating print-ready finished artwork for packaging and marketing collateral
Developing original social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, including static imagery,



video and motion content
Shooting, editing and producing product, lifestyle and short-form video content for digital channels
Coordinating photography and videography projects, including briefing, sourcing assets and liaising with external suppliers
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
A degree qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in a Graphic Design role, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or a product-based environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and related Adobe applications
Robust typography, layout and visual communication skills
Experience developing digital assets for websites, social media and online marketing campaigns
Experience creating social media content, including short-form video and motion graphics
Strong knowledge of packaging artwork and finished art preparation
Experience working with packaging design within an FMCG environment
