Monash Health is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the Facilities & Engineering team at Clayton.
You will supervise in-house trades and contractors, coordinate RM-CM work orders, and ensure maintenance is completed on time and to quality standards.
The role requires a TAFE qualification in Facilities Management (or related), with preferred A-Class Electrical or Plumbing licences.
Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and BEIMS-PULSE will help you succeed.
