Job Description
Carpenter PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CREW is now seeking a Full Time (at least 38 hours per week) Carpenter to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities:
Analyzing technical blueprints to identify construction requirements and installation methods for various components
Preparing structural configurations by sourcing lumber and related building supplies based on design needs
Measuring and shaping structural parts, then securing them in place using appropriate fastening techniques
Constructing base platforms, aligning support systems, and confirming accuracy with leveling tools during assembly
Installing outer wall coverings, securing roof layers, and mounting pre-fitted door and window units




Combining pre-cut wooden pieces into finished components for final setup in designated spaces
Designing and forming custom interlocking wood connections for accurate structural fitting
Skills and experience:
Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
Good time management
Good organizational skills
