WeareofferingafantasticopportunityforahighlymotivatedindividualtojoinourMelbourne teamasaBusiness Development Representative.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded technology professional to play a key role in growing TeamViewer One solutions across our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner network throughout Australia and New Zealand.
About the role
In this 12 month contract role you will be responsible for TeamViewer One across our partner ecosystem, helping partners understand the value of the solution and supporting them throughout their journey — from initial evaluation and demonstration through to onboarding, enablement and transacting.
This is a highly collaborative role combiningsales, technology, partner engagement and enablement.
You will be comfortable having commercial conversations with decision-makers while also being able to demonstrate how technology can solve real business challenges.
DriveMSP partner engagement, onboarding and revenue growthfor TeamViewer One across the channel.
Leadproduct demonstrations, workshops, webinars and training, showcasing the technical and commercial value of the solution.
Act as theTeamViewer One subject matter expert, supporting partners and internal sales teams with Cloud, commercial and presales enquiries.




Build robust partner relationships by understandingMSP business needs and prioritiesand aligning solutions to their requirements.
Deliversales and technical enablementto resellers and end users, while increasing internal awareness of TeamViewer One.
Collaborate withSynnex, TeamViewer and key stakeholdersto develop and refine the MSP offering and identify competitive differentiators.
Maintain strongvendor and partner engagement, including regular product cadence calls and ongoing solution development.
Identify new opportunities and market trends toincrease adoption, differentiate the offering and drive growthacross the MSP channel.
Skills and Experience
A university and/or TAFE degree preferably with a major in IT, engineering or relevant field; or 1 to 3 years' related experience with a reputable Cloud Vendor, Software or a Solutions Provider
Strong understanding ofCloud solutions and the MSP/IT channel.
Experience withMSP technologiessuch as PSA, RMM, Microsoft 365/Azure, Google Workspace/Cloud, AI or cybersecurity is advantageous.
Strongsales, relationship management and commercial acumen, with an understanding of subscription and consumption-based models.
Excellentcommunication, presentation and product demonstrationskills, with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
Strongproblem-solving skillsand the ability to understand and develop complex technology solutions.
Aproactive, collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A current and valid driver's license is required, and the use of your own personal motor vehicle that is well maintained/serviced and comprehensively insured are essential
