The Opportunity
An exciting prospect has become available for anOnsite Building Managerto oversee two luxury residential communities in Mooloolaba.
This role offers a manageable day-to-day workload, established contractor relationships, and the opportunity to join a rapidly growing property group with an expanding presence across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane.

You will be supported by
Established gardening and pool contractors across both sites
A growing property group with an experienced leadership team

The Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of two residential buildings
Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance requirements
Coordinate contractors and oversee repairs and maintenance
Liaise with residents, contractors and service providers
Prepare reports and communicate with the Body Corporate
Oversee common areas, facilities and shared amenities
Ensure both buildings are maintained to a consistently high standard
About You
Previous experience in Building Management or Property Management is highly regarded
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role
Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage competing priorities
No specific certifications are required
