Western Sydney University is seeking two Badanami Student Success Officers to join the Badanami Centre for Indigenous Education to support Indigenous students throughout their academic journey.
The role delivers culturally responsive services, mentoring, transitional assistance and pastoral care to enhance student success.
Officers will coordinate timely support, build cross-campus partnerships and monitor service performance.
