This is an opportunity for a Site Manager who genuinely enjoys thebespoke end of the residential marketand takes pride in delivering an exceptional finished product.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of site, including:
Managing subcontractors and trades across all stages of construction
Driving programme and coordinating upcoming works
Maintaining exceptionally high standards acrossquality and finishes
Reviewing drawings and coordinating design details on site
Managing WHS,



site compliance and QA
Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and design team
Managing client expectations and maintaining professional communication throughout the build
Identifying issues early and driving practical solutions on site
Managing defects and ensuring a high-quality handover
About You
We are looking for someone with:
ProvenSite Manager / Foreman experience within luxury residential construction
Experience deliveringbespoke homes or high-end residential projects
Strong technical construction knowledge
An exceptional eye fordetail, finishes and quality
Strong programming and subcontractor management skills
Confidence dealing with architects, consultants, clients and premium trades
A professional, calm and solutions-focused approach to delivery
