You will lead a dedicated shift-based team, driving high-quality book production and on-time departures from our facility.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will optimise daily workflows, monitor quality and safety, and work closely with Production, Warehouse and Customer Service to keep work moving smoothly.
