Task & responsibilities
To produce and assist the daily production within the section to deliver exceptional experience to drive repeat business and achieve financial targets.
Create a wide variety of dishes including snacks, entrées and main courses
Maintain food safety records
Oversee that our food is presented to our customers in a timely manner, ensuring freshness and all Food Safety procedures have been followed.
Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, such as sauces, vegetables, or desserts, under the guidance of the chef de partie, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and that food items are ready for service.

To actively provide suggestions to the responsible manager
To follow company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times
To report any unsafe practices or situations to the manager on duty immediately

Qualification & experience
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma in Hospitality
Minimum 1 years of post‐qualification experience in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to multi‐task in a rapid‐paced kitchen environment
Previous experience supervising or supporting junior kitchen staff
Proven experience working in a high‐volume, fast‐paced commercial kitchen
Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Demonstrates clear and effective communication skills
Strong passion for the hospitality industry
