About the role
This is a systems-focused HSEQ role, not a hands-on site-based HSEQ Manager position.
Our client has built a culture where Project Managers and Site Managers own safety on the ground.
You'll provide the oversight, auditing, and governance behind them.
What you'll be doing:
Auditing projects and systems against ISO **** and other accredited standards
Reviewing SWMS, risk assessments and project safety documentation
Coordinating annual third-party accreditation audits (BSI)
Leading incident investigations when required
Preparing HSEQ reporting for management review meetings
Assisting with implementation of the Federal Safety Accreditation system, working directly with a company founder

About you:
Solid background in systems, processes and auditing (QA/QC highly regarded)
Relevant safety qualifications and auditing competency
Solid working knowledge of WHS regulations and codes of practice
Strong administrative and reporting skills
Construction background not essential, civil, mining, oil & gas or manufacturing backgrounds also considered
