GUJARAT FOODS PTY LTD TRADING AS SANKALP "THE TASTE OF INDIA" hires a Chef with a strong background in North and South Indian cuisine for busy Brisbane restaurants.
Must have Australian qualifications and 2-3 years experience in a multi-cuisine setting, and be aware of Australian health and safety regulations.
You will lead the culinary team, help design seasonal menus, train junior staff, and work flexible hours in a busy, in-person setting.
Education: Certificate I-IV preferred.
