About theopportunity
As a Test Analyst,you'llwork closely with the Test Lead, project teams, business stakeholders and technology partners to plan,executeand support testing activities across RACV's integrated application landscape.
This is aMid-Levelrole whereyou'llbe responsible fortest planning, test execution, defect management, regressiontestingand supporting release activities.
You'llplayan key rolein ensuring quality outcomes across key enterprise systems, including Salesforce, while contributing to continuous improvement of testing practices and automation capabilitiesas well as the adoption and use of AI in line with Quality Assurance Frameworks.
Keyresponsibilities include
Develop and execute test cases for system enhancements,projectsand releases.
Review business requirements and user stories to ensure effective test coverage and traceability.
Undertake functional, regression,integrationand production verification testing.
Log,trackand manage defects, working with business and technical teams to drive resolution.
Support release planning and provide testing effort estimates.
Contribute to automated testing and regression test suite development.




Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, businessteamsand external vendors.
What you'll need to be successful
3-5 years' experienceas a Test Analyst within a large enterprise environment.
An in depthunderstanding of the software testing lifecycle, testmanagementand governance practices.
Experience testing integrated applications across multiple platforms (Salesforce, AEM, Apps) and environments.
Experience with requirements analysis, testplanningand defect management.
Hands-on experience in Automation testing (Java/Selenium or UiPath).
Commercialexperience in API testing.
Experience with, or a strong understanding of, AI technologies will be viewed favourably.
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical,technicalcommunicationand stakeholder engagement skills.
